RBL Lookup and Whitelist


You have reached this page because your Email server is blacklisted due to poor reputation. An Email server gets a poor reputation when it

  • Sends SPAM,
  • Sends Virus, or
  • Does Backscattering

over a period of time. Because of the poor reputation, SAFENTRIX is cautious about accepting non-whitelisted emails from your Email server and therefore rejected your email.

There are two solutions to this problem.

  • The simplest solution is to Whitelist your Email address with SAFENTRIX. Once this is done, you can send emails to the recipient and they will always be accepted. This can be done by you in less than 5 minutes.
  • Forward your bounce message to your Email administrator/Email service provider and ask them to follow the instructions given in Administrator Whitelist page and improve your reputation. Please note that while user whitelisting is quicker and simple, Administrator delisting your Email server is a permanent solution.

WHITELISTING


Whitelisting is a simple one step process. Once completed, SAFENTRIX will send you a confirmation email. From then on, emails sent from you to the recipient will go through smoothly. To Whitelist, please enter

  • Your Email address
  • Email address of the person(s) to whom you were trying to send email.
  • CAPTCHA response, and
  • Click on "Lookup".
