1. Does SAFENTRIX have a Referral Program
Yes.
2. Who is eligible for the Referral Program?Any user who has been using SAFENTRIX actively for more than a month becomes eligible to the Referral Program.
3. How does the Referral Program work?Once you are eligible for the Referral Program, SAFENTRIX sends an email informing the same. Once you receive that email, you can refer people using the page http://www.safentrix.com/referral
Once you refer a person, SAFENTRIX sends an email to the person referred, inviting them to use SAFENTRIX.
If a person whom you referred creates an account in SAFENTRIX and activates a domain for at least a month, your account gets credited the referral amount automatically.
4. What is the amount credited under the Referral Program?For every domain activated by the person(s) you refer, your account will be credited INR 2000/- (approximately US$ 40/-). This amount will enable you to provide SAFENTRIX Enterprise Service for 10 users for an year.
5. How do I participate in the program?- Activate a domain in SAFENTRIX, and wait for SAFENTRIX to send you an email when you become eligible for the Referral Program.
- Think of names of persons who know you very well and whom you think will be interested in SAFENTRIX for their organization.
- Keep their Email addresses and Name ready.
- Go to http://www.safentrix.com/referral
- Enter the following details:
- Your SAFENTRIX account name
- SAFENTRIX account password
- Email addresses and Names of above references. You can enter up to 10 references per page. If you need to enter more, you may visit the page multiple times.
- If you want to be reminded of the Referral program again, leave the check box Checked "Continue sending referral program mails".
- If you do not want to be reminded of the Referral program again, uncheck the Check box "Continue sending referral program mails".
- Enter the correct CAPTCHA response
That's it!
Everything else is done automatically and when your referral activates a domain in SAFENTRIX and uses it for a month, you get credited with the referral amount.
6. How does SAFENTRIX track a referral?When you give an email address for a referral, SAFENTRIX stores the same in its database. Then, when a user opens an account with that Email address (and activates a domain), SAFENTRIX checks with the Database, finds that you are the referred account and credits your account.
7. What can the referral amount be used for?The referral amount is automatically added to your account and can be used against future chargeable services. Some of the chargeable services are:
- Converting users to SAFENTRIX Enterprise Service
- Renewing users who have SAFENTRIX Enterprise Service
8. What if multiple people refer the same email address?
If multiple users refer the same person, the latest user to refer the person gets the credit. Other account holders receive no credit.
9. Are there any exclusions?Yes. Credits are not given for
- Sub domains: Suppose "acme.com" is already using SAFENTRIX. A person activates the domain name "corp.acme.com" in SAFENTRIX. No credit is given for this reference.
- Free domains: Credits are not given for activation of free domains like "co.cc".
- Domains already activated once. No credits are given for domains being activated a second (or more) time in SAFENTRIX.
10. Can I take out my Account balance?
No.
11. What happens if the person whom I referred uses a different email address to register in SAFENTRIX?You do not get any credits.
We would suggest that once you refer, contact the person and inform them of the benefit you will get when they register. This should ensure that they register with the email address you have referred.
12. I have been referring people to SAFENTRIX, but cannot do so any more. Why?SAFENTRIX referral program is intended to be a genuine word-of-mouth marketing program. This means that you should only refer persons who know you very well. If you tried to refer strangers and they complain about the same, SAFENTRIX will remove you from the Referral program. This is possibly what happened and that is why you are not able to refer any more people.
