RBL Lookup and Whitelist
One of the techniques used by SAFENTRIX for protecting users from SPAM is Realtime Blacklisting (RBL). If SPAM/Virus/Backscatter is received from an email server over a period of time, it is blacklisted by SAFENTRIX and further emails from the server are rejected.
The emails are rejected by giving a link to this page. The format of the message is as follows:
554 5.7.1 <name[ip]>: Client host rejected: Visit http://www.safentrix.com/rbl/?ip=A.B.C.D to send.
Genuine senders can then click on the link to whitelist themselves. Once whitelisted, the sender's emails to the recipient are never blocked.
To start the Whitelist process, please click on the link found in the rejected email.
